Abstract :
In this article, a model of transportation enterprise competitive advantage is constructed. For railway transportation, the key architectural characteristics of this model is based on the railway wide-area information share infrastructure (RWISI). According to the updating frequency of the data, the railway transportation data can be classified to three types: basic code, real-time dynamic data and statistics data. Three data sharing strategies based on a wide-area network are proposed. The authors also analyze that the implement of RWISI will arise the quality of passenger and freight business, work out the cost of train operation and the transport of any type of goods. Based on RWISI, the BPR of the railway transportation is necessary, and the average employees of every kilometer track will be reduced
