Abstract :
This paper suggests/argues that there is a relationship to the attributes of a person´s healthy personality to that of an organisation´s environment or climate that enables leaders to develop. It describes a person´s healthy personality and compares those attributes with characteristics that an ideal manager has. It also considers who is responsible for creating an organisation´s environment and leadership qualities in managers. It describes the `WE FACTOR´
