Abstract
A low-voltage switched-current technique based on the balanced basic class AB memory with full neutralisation is described. The technique proposed accommodates the precision enhancing features without penalty to the other performance vectors of the class AB basic cell. Simulations performed on various switched-current blocks operating at 100 MHz sampling frequency and 1.6 V supply voltage indicate low power dissipation, high signal bandwidth, good signal-to-noise ratio with medium linearity and precision
