Abstract :
Analog circuit realization of complex baseband signal processing is very promising solution for high speed, small size, and low-power applications. In this paper, we present random access analog memory model and investigate system performance effects of using the analog memory in system implementation of data transfer-intensive signal processing algorithms such as Viterbi decoder and FFT
