Abstract :
This paper presents a flexible cascade of lowpass and bandpass MASH ΔΣ modulator architecture intended for wideband and multi-standard applications. It demonstrates the improvement in dynamic range of around 10 dB and 22 dB for the 4th and 6th order modulators respectively over the cascade of lowpass stage only counterparts
