  • Abstract
    A new kind of acoustic microscope that uses a new kind of acoustic generator is proposed. Principles of Scanning Acoustic Pressure Microscope (SAPM) are presented. A very short theoretical consideration of acoustic generator is described. A proposal of schematics of SAPM is designed and described. Comparison of SAPM to conventional acoustic microscopy is added with commentary
