Abstract :
This paper discusses an architecture for efficient, scalable and robust real time control of 3G mobile systems in the context of realistic business models of network providers, service providers and customers and the relationships between these actors. The aim is to bring financial benefits to mobile users through improved efficiency; extensions to the same approach would allow management of a variety of contingencies with social benefits
