  • Abstract
To keep the environment clean it is vital to develop in-situ techniques for the detection and identification of toxic pollutants. An European project aims at utilizing spectroscopy and neural networks (NN) in a portable instrument to detect pollutants in aqueous solutions. We present NN-assisted quantitative analysis of absorption spectra of laboratory mixed aqueous solutions of chromium, copper and sulfide
