Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the FDTD analysis parameters for the radiation pattern of an antenna on a finite sized ground plane. A key parameter of the FDTD calculation is the gap spacing between the ground plane edge and absorbing boundary. This paper presents numerical simulation for the optimum gap to obtain an accurate radiation pattern
