Abstract
A dynamically en-/de-coding scheme is presented. It bases on the uniform fiber Bragg grating arrays whose center wavelengths can be adjusted by the piezo-electric element. A set of code family is used and need not restrict side-peak of its auto-correlation. The receiver can blindly receive incoming optical datum streams, although the datum rates of users are different. It is the first time that all user data can access to network at various encoding rates according to the load of network. The results of numerical simulations show that the best receiving and the least probability of error bit are earned by this scheme
