Abstract :
A new BJT RF Linearizer circuit for RF power amplifiers has been developed. It is of small size, low cost and good performance. Another advantage of the new circuit is easy to control the gain and phase compensation curve with input power increasing. The BJT RF linearizer has been applied to CDMA power amplifier and 4 dBc ACPR and 6 dBc IM3 improvement has been achieved
