Abstract :
Millimeter-wave active integrated antenna arrays utilizing harmonic generation was discriminated with the fundamental signal by space diversity. The fundamental with the difference pattern and the second harmonic with the sum pattern were radiated from the active integrated antenna designed by the strong coupling design method
