Abstract :
A flexible, rapid and accurate method is presented for calculating the radiation of different types of metallic reflectors (paraboloids, hyperboloids, ellipsoids, etc.) with any feeding location. The vectorial multimodal Gaussian beams are used to describe both co- and cross-polarisation fields. The method does not necessarily imply a Gaussian feed and it also applies for diverging feed
