Abstract :
We compare theoretical and experimental switching windows of an all-optical switch designed for demultiplexing of 160 Gbit/s to 10 Gbit/s and 40 Gbit/s. Demultiplexing to 40 Gbit/s reduces the transmittance of the switch but improves the cross-talk performance.
