Abstract :
We describe the optimised polyphase addition of concatenated adaptive chirped arrayed-waveguide grating dispersion characteristics to produce up to /spl plusmn/210 ps/nm in-line dispersion compensation for all 40 Gb/s channels across the 100 GHz-ITU-grid with just /spl plusmn/7.4 ps/nm residual ripple.
