Abstract :
It is known that various physiological conditions could affect the response of the eye´s pupil to light. However, there are no instrumentation systems available to measure these parameters on a quantitative basis. In this paper, a novel technique to measure the steady-state and the dynamic responses of the eye´s pupil to light is presented. From this study, it was found that the response parameters follows predictable patterns which could help to determine the possible correlation between physiological conditions and autonomous response of the eye´s pupil to light
