Abstract :
The evaluation of testing systems designed for dynamic testing of ADCs or AD modules is very difficult, because there is no reference digitizer or testing method with a significantly higher precision, and only comparative measurement comes into consideration. Therefore, a transportable highly stable reference AD box convenient for comparative measurements was designed, and the first prototype was realised. The whole design was made with a view to high stability and internal disturbance minimisation. To achieve greater flexibility, a modular solution was proposed.
