Abstract :
The main components of the optical power meter are photodiode FD (G5832-01); an operational amplifier OA, which converts photocurrent into voltage feedback paths; a multiplexer, which switches feedback paths for automatic change of measurement range; an analog-digital converter which converts amplifier voltage output into digital code; and a microcontroller that is intended for amplification scheme control and also for realization of the function of interface with personal computer. Using a high-sensitivity photodiode allowed us to obtain the required dynamic range of power. The spectral characteristic of this photodiode and calibration factors K were determined from the curve of photodiode spectral sensitivity
