Abstract :
In this paper, we propose an algorithm for detecting the actuator and the sensor faults in a time-delayed system. First, H theory is introduced to control the input time-delayed system. An augmented system which includes the actuator and the sensor faults is proposed for the system with additive and multiplicative uncertainties. Second, by using H control theory, we design a fault diagnosis system from the augmented system for the time-delayed system
