Abstract :
The sub-optimum RBF receiver is proposed to reduce not only the complexity with regard to the number of centers, but also required instructions per one bit reception. By Monte Carlo simulations over the additive white Gaussian noise channel, it is confirmed that the proposed receiver with reduced complexity can be used to obtain the near optimum performance. Moreover, the proposed receiver can properly cope with manifold environment
