Abstract
We consider an implementation method of a chaotic spiking oscillator (CSO). The CSO has two state variables and exhibits rich phenomena. The circuit consists of a 2-port voltage-controlled current source (2PVCCS), two capacitors, a comparator, and one dependent switch. We implement this circuit using the transistorized 2PVCCS, comparator and switch. We verify typical phenomena in the transistorised circuit on SPICE simulation
