  • Abstract
Summary form only given. The main object of this research was electromagnetic wave propagation in a layer of turbulent plasma with absorption in the very strong, magnetic field. Such a medium has some general features of a uniaxial crystal, e. g. there, are two independent normal waves, but we considered the behaviour of angular spectrum only of the extraordinary wave. In turbulent plasma scattering is anisotropic-all scattering characteristics depends on the angle between the external magnetic field and the wave propagation direction
