Abstract
Summary form only given. For the compensation of the error caused by the radio deviation in the automatic direction finder a mechanical compensator or quadrantal corrector is used. A systematic characteristic of this error allows the approximation and electronic compensation. Different methods for the approximation are explored. The result is that the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) is the best method. A structural scheme for the electronic compensator of the error caused by the radio deviation is offered
