Abstract :
Summary form only given. The normal electromagnetic waves reflection at the surface of ferrodielectric -ferromagnetic metal layer structure located in the external magnetic field directed along the normal to a surface of the present structure has been theoretically investigated. The present structure consists of cubic ferrodielectric (an upper layer) and ferromagnetic metal (a lower layer) with gyrotropic electric and magnetic characteristics, and with the layers magnetizations directed along the external field. The numerical calculations of electromagnetic waves reflectance at the weak and strong (at the range of helicons subsistence) external magnetic fields has been realized in the cases of frequency dispersion of the dielectric and magnetic permeabilities, as well with an account of the frequency and spatial dispersion of both layers permeabilities. Also the electromagnetic waves reflectance at the range of magnetic phase transitions has been calculated in the different layers. It was shown, that the coefficient of the electromagnetic waves reflection at the given structure can take anomalous values (it can tend to zero or to unity) depending on the external magnetic field as far from and so near the points of orientation phase transitions
