Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study optimal pricing in a dynamic wireless network where the users decide on their transmit powers independently of each other. The optimality for congestion-based pricing is demonstrated for a static wireless network. Then, the study of optimal pricing is extended to a dynamic network where users decide when to transmit. Dynamic optimal pricing guides the users to be in the system when the level of congestion is low
