Abstract :
In this paper, the space-time codes are designed for wide band CMDA (WCDAM) systems with multi-code transmission as the channel codes to improve the reliability of communications over additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channels. In multi-code CDMA, several spreading codes are assigned to a user for transmitting its data in order to improve the data rate. Thus a multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) structure is formed. The space-time coding criterion is deduced and examples of space-time codes are provided and applied in the simulations
