Abstract
A new adaptive sampling processing method is presented in order to integrate several radio communication systems by a system clock effectively. The proposed method can distribute a system clock adaptively for each integrated system by one sampler according to the target systems´ symbol/chip rates. As an evaluation of the proposed method, a multimode and multiservice software radio (MMSR) communications system for future intelligent transport systems is designed, and the BER performance under additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN), one path and two-paths Rayleigh fading environments are evaluated by computer simulation
