Abstract :
In this paper, we propose hybrid genetic algorithms using random signal-based leaning employing simulated annealing instead of mutation operator, which is one of the genetic operators, in order to get a global solution. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by computer simulation of two different examples
