Abstract
The paper is devoted to find the two measures of the worst-case H ∞ performance and largest acceptable uncertainty for the LTI models subject to structured uncertainty. framework theory is applied to solve it. ν tool will be used to eliminate frequency search. In addition, the nonincreasing and continuous properties of mixed-ν upper bound will be proven and then, by the two properties, the two measures can be obtained quickly by using the bisection method
