    A new type of installation for the investigation of dielectric absorption, including the atmosphere, in the wide range of frequencies 45-200 GHz is created. Special attention is paid both to the investigation of ultralow absorption in modern high-quality dielectrics, and to the atmospheric absorption, including the lines of oxygen and water vapour absorption
