Abstract
The authors present an analysis of planar structures with arbitrary distribution of permeability in the time domain mode. The task of analysis of such systems for E-polarized waves can be reduced to a task of the analysis of a dual system for wave polarisation. Thus non-uniform dielectric filling is accordingly replaced with a non-uniform magnetic filling
