Considers two-dimensional waveguiding structure (H-plane horn) formed by semiplanes. We suppose that semiplane is perfectly conducting and has small longitudinally inhomogeneous surface impedance. In view of symmetry of the structure we introduce a potential function A boundary-value problem is obtained
