Abstract :
The results of optimizations by efficiency of irregular usual and multisectional coupled-cavity TWT are presented. The efficiency more than 50% and power gain 30 db are indicated. It is shown, that using of subsections in irregular TWT allows to increase a band of gain up to 8%. The two-section hybrid device BWO-TWT with electronic efficiency 55% is discussed
