Abstract :
A 3D quasi-optical electromagnetic system with instability in the propagation of electromagnetic waves similar to the instability of a particle motion in a relevant Bunimovich billiard was studied. The purpose of the work was to find out whether can be implemented in the 3D electromagnetic system with a configuration of Bunimovich billiard a stochastic spectrum and whether there is a correspondence between properties of this spectrum and Gaussian orthogonal ensemble (GOE) spectrum
