Abstract
It was shown that the account of features of cm and mm scattering by the rough sea surface under grazing angles allows sufficient simplification of the surface shape simulation. The developed approach is very productive especially under the condition when both altitudes of communication points are compatible to the sea wave altitude, the crests of the highest waves are the only scatterings for the most traces and the goal of simulation is the evaluation of parameters of these patches only
