            Abstract :
The SpecC Language is executable and synthesizable and gives precise coverage of system language requirements with orthogonal constructs for orthogonal concepts. SpecC has been adopted in industry and academia with the introduction of the SpecC Open Technology Consortium (STOC). For the future there is a standardization effort in progress by STOC
