Abstract :
One approach to reduce the sensitivity of an optimum presteered broadband beamformer to mismatches between its look direction and the actual angle of arrival of the desired signal is to incorporate derivative constraints into its problem formulation. In this paper, we present a new and more direct derivation of these constraints
