  • Abstract
The characteristics of two signaling systems in urban mass transit are analyzed, the dynamics mathematical model of metro train is constructed after an analysis of the metro train´s running under moving block system, event-based technology is used to optimize the control of single train´s running. The velocity and acceleration function with respect to the distance are deduced by introducing the action reference variable in the control problem which the object is to minimize the running time. The method of decreasing the headway and increasing the carrying capacity under the moving block system is discussed
