Abstract
The alpha-robust stabilization condition including system´s characteristic roots information is established by applying novel time-delay system robust analysis and design technique in network congestion control issue. The result is presented in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) problem so that it is easy to be calculated. By solving the corresponding LMI, one can easy obtain the robust AQM controller with required performance. The simulation experimental results illustrate good robustness and controlled network performance of the congestion control algorithm designed by proposed method
