Abstract :
The problem of stability and Hinfin dynamic output feedback control for descriptor systems with time-delay is considered. Based on the Lyapunov functional approach, a sufficient condition is derived for descriptor systems with time-delay to be asymptotically stable with Hinfin performance gamma. Moreover, a sufficient condition for existence of dynamic output feedback controller is also presented in terms of generalized algebraic Riccati inequalities (GARIs) with equality constraint
