Abstract :
A set of concrete coder-controller formulas was given for implementing the high-level idea of D. Liberzon, and that idea was used to construct and solve the problem that two independent systems share one limited capacity communication channel. The formulated sufficient condition was derived under which the two systems can be stabilized simultaneously under limited information, the result illustrates the relations of the system instability, quantization and time sequencing in the filed of networked control, it is easily extended to the case of multiple independent systems. Two numerical examples were provided to show the validity of the work
