Abstract :
A biological immune system can respond to various antigens immediately and maintain adequate stabilization, which dues to the active and inhibitive function of T cells in different stages of the immune process. In this paper, the hot-end temperature was chosen as the controlled object. It was a large-delay system whose parameters vary. And it often suffered from severe disturbances. This paper presented an artificial immune PI controller and its application to the hot-end temperature control system, and then compared the effect with the one of a traditional PI controller. The simulation result indicates that this kind of controller improves evidently on the aspects of dynamic response ability, anti-disturbance ability and adaptability to the parameter-variation
