Abstract
Based on the study of FC theory and the analysis of Mamdani fuzzy reasoning from geometrical meaning, a real-time fuzzy controller can be realized on PLC is designed in this paper. In comparison with the universal fuzzy controller, this controller can avoid static error and system fluctuation efficiently, and improve the controllability further. This fuzzy controller is realized on the S7-300 PLC. The results show the effectiveness of this controller
