Abstract :
This paper proposes the concept of incomplete and fuzzy decision information system under incomplete information system and completes fuzzy decision information system, unlike either incomplete information system or complete fuzzy decision information system, which is a generalization of them. The rough set model for incomplete and fuzzy decision information system based on limited tolerance relation is presented, which is alike the generalizations of rough set model for incomplete information system and of that for complete fuzzy decision information system. Knowledge reduction and its algorithm ascertaining precision degree unchanged are mentioned
