  • Abstract
    The batching process is pivotal in Alumina production. Forecasting the alumina raw meal quality accurately and optimizing ratio have great significance for improving alumina quality. This paper combined mathematical modeling, NN method, PCA, expert rule for the batching process estimation model. Ratio optimization decision model was established by using multi-level reasoning and implemented multi-object optimization decision of ratio. This control method has applied successfully in the alumina batching process. The produce data shows that the method is available and practical
