The paper talks something about ITU-T H.324 protocol, then details in the reality of H.324 terminal. Firstly, it discussed about the reality of hardware, and then gave about how to realize the software part by the method of cycle, time slice, interruption, and message. At last, the development process of system, conclusion, the evaluate performance are also discussed
