Abstract
We have proposed a new logic architecture using carbon nanotube based nano-mechanical electrical system (CNT-NEMS) switches that has a potential to overcome the limitation of conventional CMOS logic architecture. Furthermore, the 3D bus circuits based on CNT-NEMS switches realize extremely high bandwidth, which can dramatically increase performance of micro-system on chip.
