  • Abstract
    Mobile networks are being evolved from 3.5G to 3.9G/4G, integrated into IP core network based on IMS (IP Multimedia Sub-system). In this environment, it is essential to provide sufficient QoS(Quality of Service) mechanism which enables different services to provide enhanced user satisfaction. In this paper, we propose a new QoS mechanism providing adaptive resource allocation based on each user´s preferences by using the utility function borrowed from the field of microeconomics.
