Abstract
In this research, text-based E-money application interface and graphic-based application interface on a the smart phone were evaluated. The goal is to study the effect of application interfaces on ease of use, intention to use and perceived risk. The questionnaire survey was conducted to ask university students and middle age people. Both groups have been using or have an expertise in using a smart phone. However, they do not have experience on using E-money services. They were asked to evaluate by randomly selecting the tasks of applications. In the experiment, a reliability analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis were conducted. The result shows that ease of use and perceived risk are affected by a text-based. Ease of use and intention to use are affected by a graphic-based E-money application affects but not perceived risk. This research discusses about the smart phone users toward the E-money application interface which will be useful for E-money business.
