  • Abstract
    Rotor-coupling-rotor system of marine power plant will temporarily install on the rigid foundation for the delivery inspection, all the dynamic parameters are always satisfied with the design requirements; However, once it is installed on the real flexible foundation, rotor vibration of wide variable rotate speed get complicate because of the coupling between misalignment of isolator and dynamic meshing force of gear coupling. According to the meshing force model of tooth, the dynamic misalignment meshing force of gear coupling is derived and simulated. Coupled dynamic equation of rotor-coupling-isolator system in real marine power plant is established, the calculation method of dynamic misalignment of gear coupling is proposed, and the values of dynamic misalignment with various rotate speed is obtained with simulation. The results can provide theoretical references for Strength and stiffness design of coupling, determining the equilibrium level, misalignment of installation and moderation.
